Fiesta Mk7 Coolant Leak

The Fiesta has developed a leak.

It's been using coolant so I've just had a look and I can see coolant on top of the Bellhousing.

It's a lease car that I've been given a price to buy off them so, obviously, I want this fixing before I commit.

Any ideas on what items are in that area i.e. Thermostat, water pump etc ?

It's sept 2012 1.4 Tdci with 67,500 on the clock.

    Dude that's 30k a year! That's three times the average.

    Unless it's a really good price I wouldn't purchase it.

    I bought a lease after 5 years but was only 54,000 km on the clock.

    Yeah they want £5300 for it.

    It's my works car at the moment and I've had it for 10 months and it's been brill it's just this leak that's developed.

    If I can get this sorted I may buy it, keep it for a few months then trade it in before it hits100k

    Mileage is high as its a Driving School I run so I know the car has been treated as well whilst I've had it.
