Ka Fuse Box/light Issues

Featured Replies

Hello

I have a 1.3ltr 2001 KA

The near side rear light went not long after I bought the car (£450 privately). Changed bulb. All good.

However...

After changing the power steering pump, we put front offside light back in, and I drove for a small time without connecting it. Then connected and it is kaput.

The battery then died, so a friend helped my start it again with jump leads.

Now the nearside rear light won't work again.

The indicator works on it fine. But I have tried several bulbs in it and nothing works. So a friend suggested looking at the fuse box. I have attached a pic,

According to the diagram in the owner's manual I am missing the following fuses.

Fuse 3 (30 amperes) ABS Module (I'm not 100% sure my car has ABS)

Fuse 6 (10 amperes) Side marker lights left-hand side, instrument panel, light, headlight leveling, clock illumination, heater panel, radio illumination, tailgate release

Does anyone have any experience or suggestions for further action?post-63007-0-07150800-1424207081_thumb.j
