Recirc Or Dump Valve

Hey guys i am wondering if i should get a loud recirc valve or just get a dump valve as ive been told you cant use a blow off valve on a diesel i have the 2.0 tdci 136 focus jusy looking at the moment and would like some advice as i want to be able to hear the turbo better
