My headunit is a ford 6000 and the Bluetooth has stopped working also the aux isn't working when I push aux it flashes on then switches back to the radio.

Try resetting the bluetooth box by pulling the fuse (no, I don't know which, if in doubt, disconnect the battery, but have the radio code at hand). If this does not work, you probably need a new Bluetooth box.

It's my aux I'm more annoyed about I roll about with Spotify on 24 7

Same difference as AUX is connected to the Bluetooth box.

I've fixed the problem. Simply hold the power button in for 10-15 seconds the headunit will power off and on a few times this is like a memory reboot. Then plug in your phone, ipod or tablet ect in to the Aux port and it should be back up and running
