Featured Replies

I have just bought these 100W headlights without much thoughts..

Now having worries about fitting them. I have heard stories about 100W bulbs melting the reflectors.

Are they safe?

Id be more worried that they'd actually work. They aren't Xenon and the pictures they've used have just been lightened. Even the road changes colour!

Are 100w bulbs road legal ?

Nope they're not.

I'm running 100w bulbs in my mk5 with no problems.

No problems until your iilegal bulbs dazzle an oncoming driver & are responsible for the ensuing crash . . . ?

Thanks guys. I have decided to return them and get some 55w bulbs.

I think I'll also get them from a more reputable source...

They do not, I have not been flashed once for them because mine are properly aligned (probably dipped too much if anything). the amount of times I am dazzled with legal 55w bulbs because they aren't aligned properly is ridiculous.
