Loose Metal Pipe On Turbo.

I own a 10 plate 1.4 tdci fiesta. The short metal pipe under the turbo where the oil return pipe fits has come loose and is leaking oil. It looks like it needs an Allen key to fit inside the pipe to tighten it but none of my Allen keys fit. Does anyone know what size it need Some?.

    Is it a torx fitting rather than an allen key?
