Titanium 08-09 Headunit

Featured Replies

Hi,

Just a quick question regarding the headunit for focus titanium model 2008....

I notice that some models have the sony headunit while others have the touchscreen with the sat nav.

What are the major differences between these models? Do both still come with the Sony premium speakers etc or Is that just the ones with the Sony headunit? Any difference in sound or quality etc?

Thanks

I thought they all had same speakers, just different head units. Some say the Ford CD6000 (standard headunit in lower models) gives a better sound than the Sony, but I prefer the look of the Sony myself. (I have the CD6000). As for the sat nav, I can't remember which unit it is but they tend to be quite pricey and I think it was an expensive optional extra.
