Grinding Noise When Breaking And Nocking Noise

Hi guys I have a grinding noise when I brake over a small bump / uneven road it brakes fine I just get the horrible noise, it's not the pads or disks as I've had these check and there fine I've driven at speed and slammed on brakes car comes to a stop no problem but there's no shuddered from ABS (as I believed there is meant to be as if the brakes are locking and unlocking fast to stop you skidding) I have no ABS warning light on (I did a test to make sure it works) so don't have a clue does any one have any ideas

Also some times when brake pedal is pressed I get a knock noise just once every now and then Any ideas

I have a .... 2008 focus mk 2.5 facelift version
