Woody66
I own a fiesta zetec climate 1.25 3 door 2007 model, and my problem is that the electric window regulator has gone. I'm lucky in that the drivers window still remains closed, but will only open about an inch. I have taken it to my Ford dealer who said it cost around £330.00 to fix. Does any one know where else I could get this problem fixed?
GingerFlame
Local indie garage, or get the part from a scrappy and do it yourself! 330 is extortionate
stef123
Is it the regulator or has the plastic gear split on the motor? (Very common fault).

Woody66
The motor was replaced about 18 months ago. When the Ford dealer looked at it, they said that the window regulator was the problem. I haven't looked at it myself as I think its a job I couldn't do.
