    Check the cable hasnt uncliped at heater box end, remove the side panel in passenger footwell , and operate knob to see if cable moves

    Hi Thanks for that just checked cable is connected to heater box and is tight (seem connected both ends no obvious play)but does not move when knob is turned ? Is this a common problem

    anyone got a picture of the back of the hvac control this picture shows the front haven't removed yet but do the cogs break slip on the front of unit

    Dont know of any issues with them, looks like you need to take it out then and have a look
