Need Help With My New Ford Focus 1999

Okay going to try and explain my problem (not a mechanic) had to bump start my ford focus 1999 i bought 2 weeks ago after leaving stereo on for about 40 minutes (valet)

so after looking under bonnet i noticed the bumper was red not blue (replaced)

and the silver cylinder behind the drivers side wheel arch (can anyone tell me its name)

a bit of pipe denting a piece missing ?? and a pipe sawn off uploaded picture

and also the lead that feeds the front bottom light is connect but the T part just stops

Any help would be great thanks just need to know what i gotta get replaced

also i am knew and was not sure on where to post this question if it needs moving please point the way thanks in advance

That is the aircon acumulator can.

I'd lay bets your aircon doesn't work.

Without that can connected there will be no gas in the system.

a/c button comes on but the coolness coming in doesn't become ice cold, so where would the rest of that pipe lead too any idea's thanks for your help on that part

Does your car have front fog lights fitted or even the setting on your headlight switch?

I'm thinking the wiring is foglight based.

yes to both (did not check the other side to see if still connected may have just been snipped instead of re connected (red bumper sprayed blue to match car) but definitely have fog light switch on lights dial) just sourced a new aircon can/pipe (£15) Thanks again

any idea to where the lead in front of the timing belt may have come from and would it lead to my battery dying thanks

Could be a light connector or maybe external temperature sensor.

Can't tell tbh.
