Cambelt Replacement Cost's

Featured Replies

Hi , my sons fiesta 1.25 style is coming up to 8yrs old so looking at replacing the cambelt.

i'm being quoted £255 inc vat, with genuine ford parts.

would this be about right price?

That's a good price, mines was around £300 on my 04 plate fiesta using 'gates' belt/parts

I have just done one using genuine ford bolts (cam and crank) and an skf timing belt kit. Quite an easy cambelt to do so £250 sounds about right.

Genuine ford parts will be made by gates or skf anyway. Your just paying for a box.

i would snap that hand off
