Major Service/free Ford Assistance?

Featured Replies

Just had my car back from a major service and they gave me free 12 months ford assistance.

Had the car from there 12 months october and my first 12 months service there so i had the

big service (plugs/oil/filter/fuel/pollen and air filter ) and the other stuff.

What does it cover as i have the full AA one with everything, parts and labour etc/relay/roadside.

I've never seen an AA deal that includes parts.. is that like a warranty extension?

Its the normal breakdown one like home start/relay and stuff then they have a warranty cover that covers parts and labour.

I have used it about 3 times, old mk6 fiesta clutch went 50 miles away, towed me back to my local garage that i use

and fixed it with ford parts and cost me £35 all in,i always try to get my cost back each year or close what i pay lol.

Dam good amount off if i have the both.

Read that ford link, seems ok for nothing,i have 2 now for a year.

The free ford assistance, is just a rescue via AA,i had to use it one when had a flat battery, he said if he could not get it going them he would tow to nearest dealer.

No, as per the link above, it provides Home breakdown and also accommodation / onward travel if your car can't be fixed at the roadside.

Does it take you back to your garage of your choice say the one i use local.

Also it's through AA so no use to me then in that way.
