I have been given a chassis number for my new car build , i have logged into etisford.com and it has found details of my car. What i need to know , under build date it said 30/11/0002 , whats the 002 ? as i was told estimated build date 1st July supplied end of July . Any advice appreciated

Those number might not mean anything, just entered on to the system to fill those spaces till the car is built.

At the moment the factory will be getting the parts to get her to start your build, try again on Thursday and if the car exists it should show the date, depending on how often etis is updated.

Yes I can confirm that ETIS is updated daily and the date you see now it's because it's not yet built so can change

Once my build date appeared it moved forward a day every day for some reason, then after a while jumped back to around the one it started with. Not sure what that really means!

To me that means your car was built on 30th November, 2 A.D. So when you pick it up it will be 2013 years old and will probably look something like this:

My car has been built as this shows on build date 1/7/15 via etisford Where do i go now to see when it will be gate released or to view its progress ? Anybody know

You wont see that info on etis. The dealer will be able to see the ETA and last logged location via their VISTA system.

From build date it could be 2-4 weeks before you collect.

Ok thanks a lot fella , funny enough dealer just called me telling me its in the outlet gate/compound for shipment and hoping to have me in it within 3 weeks max
