    The holder is suitable for an iPhone 6 with a case (I use the leather apple one). The only problem I had was that it is made to fit the official iPhone lightning cable and does so very well and snugly. But I wanted to use a long black lightning cable so I could run it under the steering column and into the USB port, so I had to customise it a bit (or rather hack some plastic off) to get it to fit in the hole of the Brodit holder as it had a chunkier connector than the apple one (and apple don't do one in black)
