Hi to all,

Annoying little problem, when moving off in 1st gear the engine gives one hiccup then away it goes, this happens sometimes in second gear also, 3rd, 4th, 5th, no problems, the only other possible problem is that the engine seems a little sluggish on acceleration, this maybe me being a little picky, to be honest i have just changed my vehicle to the focus from a 2.0 diesel x type jaguar,

    Has the car been well serviced as it could be maybe a slight miss due to bad plugs, incorrect gap or maybe even coil pack or leads.

    Hi, thanks for your reply, will get those points checked, unfortunately, do not have any service history with the car, so, maybe best plan is to have it serviced and go from there.
