Stereo / Sat Nav Model?

Hi all

Apologies if this has been covered a million times before, but having a flick round the site for the first time today, I can't see the specific question being asked

I need to know what stereo and sat Nav Model I have, but can't see it anywhere. The stereo is a Sony, but I'm led to believe that the Sat Nav may not necessarily be Sony. I've tried looking everywhere for a model number... Manual, the info button on the actual console, but its nowhere to be seen.

The reason I ask, is I found a website that I can download updated maps for the Cmax (mines a 2011) but after doing everything right, the new SD card doesn't work.... The Sat Nav is no longer highlighted on the menu.

The attached pic is from a bmax, but its the same stereo and set up

Any ideas?
