Reset my avg mpg as I joined m60 other side of Stockport. 210 miles later as I turned off m74 at hamilton it was showing 60.0 mpg.

I was driving at 65mph under cruise but car had 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 small cases in boot. We also stopped at 2 service stations.

Having just returned from holiday on the south coast my trip recorded 60mpg that was with four adults and a boot FULL of luggage and at motorway speeds 10L ecoboost petrol

I'm dead chuffed with mine too! 180 miles of motorway and A roads, sticking to between 65 and maybe 75 all the way, as much as possible, and finally my 1.6 has broken the 50mpg barrier. Mine is usually about 3mpg+, so it is probably more 48 - 50mpg, but it is definitely an improvement on my calculated average of 32/33mpg on my usual driving around town!
