I have ordered a brand new 2015 Fiesta 5 door, looked ok, so paid for it and took it home. I noticed that there is a scratch on the chrome steering wheel trim, and also on the black door trim (B pillar i believe its called). I took it to do the dealer and they are awaiting to here from management to see if they can fix the scratches. How easy it is to replace the door trim and the chrome steering wheel trim?


Are they a big job for the dealer or is it a quick ten minute replacement job?

    They tend to clip onto steering wheel so it's a quick job. The pillar depends on if this is internal or external, internal depends on seat belt as that is more time external is another clip and stick

    Thanks for your reply. The door piller doesn't appear to be a clip on bit of plastic. On the 2015 model it looks like it is a piece of textured vinyl type of thing that is wrapped around and glued to the metal door frame.
