Obd Fuse Location.

Featured Replies

Hi could anybody tell me where the OBD fuse is please as i wish to remove it. I only wish to remove it if it prevents thieves hooking up to the car to take it away via that 16pin port. Car is fiesta new shape keyless . Thanks guys

It will definitely stop the power to the odb port so it can't be hacked. I'm just not sure on the location of the fuse I know it's in the board behind the glove box. Location will be in the manual or there will be people on here that know where it is and they'll point you to then right one.

Fuse 19 behind the glovebox is the one you want to pull.

Dead easy. When the glove opens its stopped from fully opening by a plastic tab on each side with a rubber grommet thing on them. Just press the area where these are away from the surrounding plastics, this'll give them enough room to pass the plastic wall of the main dash and allow the glovebox to fully open and hang down on its hinges.

Probably not explained that well but you'll see what I mean when you try it!.
