I'm looking at getting the mountune cat back fitted to my focus. I've been to a local garage who say if it goes on easily should cost about £80 to fit. Is this a good price?

Also what have other people done with the old exhaust? Worth trying to sell any of it anywhere?

    £80 seems a bit steep for 30 mins work. I suppose there is the risk factor though if anything goes wrong. Usually standard exhausts have to be cut off as they go over the rear beam.

    Yeah we had it up on the ramp today and I've done a bit of research online. Just a cut at the back then unbolt from the downpipe, feed the new bits through and bolt them on.

    They weren't convinced it would be that straight forward though even though I'm sure it will be.
