Had a letter from Ford to say they were sending new SD card and to return the old one don't know why tho.

    Doesn't accept some 7 digit postcodes from what I have read.

    Mine didn't like the silverstone postcode for Ford Fair....

    Only affects Sync 2 Nav, facelift Focus cars from July 14 to april 15.

    Ah thanks Alex mine was a bit iffy but don't rely on it that much. So the SD card is only for sat nav then.

    They are just sending a newer version, so you get a free map update as a bonus :)
