Good Battery Operated Portable Cleaner

As I am in a shared garage with no water or power supply I need to buy a portable cleaner. I did think about using a local automated car wash but one colleague had his Skoda's paintwork badly damaged. Anyway can anyone recommend a good one? Preferably one which can also take shampoo/detergent although good water only ones can be considered.

Using 100ms of extension cables is not an option hence why it should be mobile.

    The best ones out there are the mobi pressure washers they can run on mains, 12v or rechargeable batteries. I don't think they take detergent but u can buy hand pump sprayers for that on eBay for a couple of quid.
