scotty_23
Hi all, New to the forum, hi! I've been getting a clicking noise from both front wheels for the last couple of months, sometimes separately each wheel, sometimes together. It happens on deceleration, gear change (up and down) and also on rare occasions acceleration. I've checked the joints, they're all fine so I'm unsure what else it could be? Any ideas? CountP
CV joints will make a clicking noise when turning but I've also heard them click when driving straight when they are very bad. You say you've checked them. To check them properly they need to be removed and stripped. What mileage? Only other thing could be wheel bearings.

GingerFlame
I had a similar issue down to worn lower ball joints. I replaced the nearside first then the offside two months later. so nice to have a little peace whilst driving now! Aha
