Ford Fiesta Sync Problem To Phone

Featured Replies

Hi

I have got a problem with my phone accepting calls when connected to my Sync in my Ford Fiesta. I have got a old IPhone 4s connects to sync perfectly fine but when someone is trying to call me our im trying to call someone it wont pick up the call I press the button to accept the call and nothing happens. My Fiancé has got a IPhone 5 and everything works perfect with his phone. I don't know what to do any suggestions please ?

Many Thanks

Get an Android phone? ;)

Usual first steps are unpairing the phone, deleting it from the car and repairing it again. Failing that try a sync master reset from menu.

If you're saying it's working fine for other phones but not yours, if the above doesn't work it could be your phone :(
