Hi guys/girls, I'm a proud owner of a Ford Fiesta zetec s 1.0 ecoboost, Id like to get my exhaust louder- at the moment I've got the standard rear valance on which hides the exhaust. Is there anyway I can get to the exhaust and make it louder. What's the best way to do this. Other question is what tyres do you recommend I do a lot of driving and like to have fun in the car..

You could buy the ST rear balance with exhaust cut out, then fit either a custom made or Branded stainless steel exhaust.

A WELL FITTED, WELL DESIGNED induction kit will add to the exhaust noise

Yeah I want something faster was contemplating a re map for £300 which gives 40bhp more but don't know if you can get re map removed

Is it a custom map or off the shelf. ei, blufin?

You're usually okay with lower Mountune kits as they're warranty friendly so you can leave them fitted on return. Blufin maps can be removed at any time and the original map restored

I've never yet heard the exhaust on mine, I've no idea whether it sounds good or bad, which is great. I sometimes get the "boy racer" come alongside at the lights kicking-up one helluva racket, difficult to hear his stereo but you can tell it's working due to the door panels flexing and him with his arm out of the window stopping the door falling off ;)

When the lights hit "go" I can leave 90% of'em in a cloud of dust, but quietly :D

Usually, when you hit 55'ish in a 30 they tend to chicken out (not that i'd do that, obviously, *ahem*). Next set of lights and they're back again trying to seduce my rear end. Beats me. Hit 2k5, bit of aggressive clutch, slight tyre squeal and they're gone. Not often though, i've screwed a few drive shafts in my time.
