Removing The Glove Box - 2013 Titanium X

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

I tried to remove the glove box today as I'm wiring in a dash cam.

I found and removed 2 x torx screws out of the upper edge of the interior, but it's still very secure.

I locked for other screws hidden further towards the back but can't see anything, the floor of the box has a very securely glued felt tip cover.

Is there likely to be screws under the felt or is it only secured by clips and it just wants a confident tug?

Any help most appreciated.

2 at the top, 2 at the bottom and 1 at the side, need to prise the triangular trim off at side of dash screw is behind there

Hi Ian,

Thanks for that.

Where are the screws on the bottom, are they under the sticky felt?

Remove the 2 clips that retain the under trim which covers the fusebox/body control module, then you will see 2 screws.

If you still cant see them, I will take photos of them tommorow for you to see
