just received my car back following accident repair there are a number of things I'm not too happy about

dent in roof pillar (its only small but i can still see it)

paint run

over spray

seal hanging off door

should i just accept that it will never be back to pre accident condition or should i chase up the insurance company to fix it properly

    If it was part of the accident, do not accept. Take it back and tell them you want it fixed.

    yes all part of the accident or subsequent repairs do you think it best to go back to the insurance company who picked the repair shop or go back to the repair shop the repair shop is a good hour drive away.

    I would kick it back, call the insurance company and notify them, see what they advise, they will probably notify the body shop and get it booked back in. Did you sign anything saying you inspected the vehicle and were happy with the condition?

    don't believe i did no i signed the loan car back and a guarantee guaranteeing all work for three years. tried ringing insurance company but only open 9 am to 5 pm so will try again tomorrow

    I don't settle for anything unless I'm 100% happy

    I had 4 x IPhone 6's in 2 weeks as I wasn't happy with each one and wouldn't leave the shop unless they exchanged it each time

    I would go crazy about that dent in the roof
