Fog Light Fault Fiesta Mk4/5 X Plate

I am new to this site, but the threads look really helpful.

I had to buy a cheap car as my previous car failed MOT, so ended up with an X reg Fiesta Ghia.

I had not realized when purchasing that one of the fog light bulbs had blown, so I went to change the bulb a couple of days ago. When I took the bulb out the bulb did not look like it had blown so I then wandered whether there was power going to the bulb. There was! But in the process of testing I shorted out that circuitry as now there is no power to that bulb or the other bulb. I figured I had probably blown the fuse so went to the manual that came with the car to find out which fuse if any had blown. The problem is the diagram does not match the Auxiliary fuse panel and doing a bit of searching on the net, I have the updated panel to the one in the book.

Anyhow. I did check all the fuses with a multi-meter and all were OK.

So now it looks like one of the relays has blown. but the manual does not help at all.

I figure it is one of the smaller relays of the pic that I will add to this post, the prob is they have 5 pins instead of 4 which people say the 'brown' relay on the older fuse/relay panel.

Could someone point out which relay is the correct one for the fog lights please?
