Anyone Know What This Is?

Featured Replies

This was found in the driver footwell (underneath the pedals) of my other half's fiesta 2002 1.3.

The car seems to be still working well. Ive had a quick look and can not see where it came from.

Thanks

It's too small in the pics to see it properly

Hopefully these are a bit clearer

It looks like a sprung switch - possibly off the brake / clutch pedal ?

Do the brake lights work ?

  • Author

My first impression was of some switch.

Tested all lights and they work fine.

The only thing she has noticed is the accelerator pedal seems a bit "funny" . Ive tried it and feels fine to me but she is the regular driver so knows the car better

Possibly off the gas pedal then, if she's noticed a difference

Not sure why it would be on the gas pedal though
