Right Side Window + Both Sides Electric Mirror Issues

So i've recently (about 2-3 months ago) replaced my right wing mirror which got smashed, all functions on both mirrors worked perfectly fine.

Only recently, yesterday, it appears that I can move the passenger's side window, but not the right side window (this at first went down, but then got stuck and would not go back up again, a few button presses got it fully up and closed again).

Later on the same day I noticed I could not adjust either electronic mirror using the adjustment knob, and could only control the left window using the window controls on the driver's side.

I removed the door card, and checked for any obstructed or snapped cables, there doesn't appear to be any, and i've felt around the internal of the cables with rubber coating on them, none of the wires appear snapped or disconnected.

I then wondered if it's an issue with what appears to be the motor....... I removed it and tried operating the right side window... the central cog which I assume is supposed to rotate to move the window either up or down does not move.

I have provided a video as I feel this may better demonstrate the issue.

Any suggestions or ideas?
