Ford Focus 5dr, Both Rear Passenger Doors Won't Open.

Hello guys..

I have a ford focus mk2 5dr. My issue is that you can't open the rear passenger side doors from within. Does anyone know how I could fix this issue, as its a serious safety hazard.

    Child locks?

    Open each door and there's a little screw thing that turns 90 degrees on the edge under the lock mechanism to activate the child lock.

    I will double check the locking mechanism again when I get my car back later on today.
