Ford focus CL 1.4 16v petrol

I'm after anyone who can tell me the correct procedures to replace the whole rail with an whole replacement please. I believe its either shutting off the fuel valve or remove the pump fuse. Crank the engine over until the fuel is out of the system. Then remove connectors and remove rail?

Any help will be appreciated.
