hi, I am in the process of buying a 2010 focus sport 1.6tdci, the garage pointed put the screen was broken on the sat nav unit and it will be sorted. Upon collecting the sat nav was "missing" and a standard cd radio was in its place.To say i was not impressed is an understatement.

They are going to source a rpelacement but, i am not sure which model it would of been as it seems to me there is a FX lsrns or a lsrns. If there is a difference to the units i would like to have the correct one

I have searched the net for info but with no joy. can anyone help me please guys.

FX and LSRNS are different names for the same thing. The FX name was dropped when Bosch sold off the Blaupunkt brand (and the Travelpilot trademark with it).

Ah !! that's solved the problem, thanks bro. :) :) I also made a point about there being a working SD card being supplied with it as well. Still cant believe they thought i wouldn't notice. Unless it was an honest mistake... <_<

Got the car, but still waiting for a replacement sat nav. Looked online and they seem pretty scarce, was thinking on letting them fit an android type sat nav but not sure whether i would lose anything like voice control etc Have a 2010 sport model.

Can anyone point me in the right direction if they can't get a replacement.

Hi mjm. Try searching on Connects2 website and even speak with them. I was looking at changing the headunit on my 14 plate tit x focus for one of those android types but I was told I'd lose some functions such as voice control.
