My cigarette lighter has been pushed through the facia of the car and I wondered if anyone knew if I can access the lower part of the facia that holds the lighter instead of removing the facia of the car.

If so how can I remove the lower half, I have tried pulling it off but feel like it will snap.

    Remove the kick panel in the driver's footwell and you can access behind/under the lighter. The panel is secured by two screws IIRC.
