Where To Get H15 Bulbs?

Im upgrading my main beam/ DRL's they are the h15 bulbs. I can only find the Osram cool blue intense on a few sites and they are roughly 20quid a bulb. A few people on here have suggested ebay and bulbs from people off there however for mainly trust issues I dont think I want to get them off there. Id like to stick to a brand (I know its stupid but how do you know these knock offs are any good?)

So where have other people got them from? Or am i going to have to get them.
