Hi i just purchased a 2015 1.5T focus Zetec S I am new to the modern fords I have been a Vauxhall guy for the last 20years my last ford was a cortina crusader! All this tech has fryed my brain, I know I am going to have a lot of questions and I am hoping that the ford owners community will be a ble to help.

My first question is to do with my phone and the sync, my phone connected fine and has been working great for the first few days until I had a missed call from the wife. Now when I get into the car my phone connects ok but then knocks off the radio, if I press the phone button on the steering wheel the music comes back for a second then stops again and a message flashes up on the screen about the missed call and do I want to accept of reject the call. The message stays on the screen for only a second or two then disappears and the radio is still muted. I have tried accepting and rejecting the call but nothing changes, the message still goes off and the radio stays muted.

Anyone any ideas?

Just delete the call.history on your phone and sync

Yeah thanks I done that and re sync the phone all the messages had gone apart from the one that is causing me problems. I then deleted my phone from the sync system and tried to start again but the phone won't connect back to the sync now. Thanks for the reply I will keep on trying.

Thanks mate, I just sorted it. I re booted my phone and deleted it from the cars sync system and reconnected it. It seems to have fixed it for now. Thanks to everyone for the help.
