Kysor Radiator Shutter

Featured Replies

Afternoon all,

So while at work last night I had an extra hour to kill (hate clocks going back) & found myself trawling through ETIS.

In the build speck it states "with Kysor Radiator Shutter".

Can anyone shed any light on what this is/does as I'm curious.

Thanks in advance

excatly what it says, it a radiator shutter.

infront of coolant radiator is a shutter grille that opens and closes depending on certain conditions, aides cold warming up, but main design is to aide airflow over the vehicle reducing fuel consumption.

have a look through grille while someone switches ign on and you will see it cyle open/close

Thanks for quick reply/info, I'll have a look later - that's clever & suppose it makes sense.
