What Does My Warning Light Mean?

Featured Replies

Fiesta style 2015

Dashboard light coming on, not in handbook.

Googling suggests its for downhill assist control which I can't think is right as the car doesn't have this feature that I have noticed.

That does look like a downhill assist type indicator, these are usually on 4x4's - I had a look at the ford ranger & kuga manuals to see if this was covered but I cant find anything.

I would take it into the dealership.

Just googled it.

Definitely hill assist.

You have an automatic gearbox right?

Nope its a manual, but hill assist seems to be it from googleing I agree, downhill assist is the same symbol but no gaps in the underline.

HAC is more common on the auto's, you havent tried to enable it with the likes of ELMCONFIG have you?
