Does anyone know whether Thatcham ever published a paper Methods manual for the Ford Focus Mk2 Estate?

I always try to obtain a copy for each car I own, recently from ebay sellers, previously from classifieds. However, all my sources are drawing a blank for the Ford Focus Mk2.

I know they were available for Mk1.5 and I know of a seller that has one for C-Max >2003. There are of course, some similarities between the C-Max and the Mk2 Focus - but I expect where they differ; might be the very panels I wish to know about on the Focus

I believe at some point in the noneties, they went from paper publishing editions to a subscription based online server. True, you get access to everything they publish: but very expensive if you only want one brochure for one vehicle! I think the annual subscription is in the region of £4000 pa :o :o :o
