Hi All,

I'm having a problem on my 2008 Mondeo, whilst driving along the whole dash can lose power. Speedo, RPM, electric display, and all the lights surrounding the radio etc just die. Sometimes they never even start when I start the car.

I could drive for 40mins with no dash, then it'll all turn back on, it might stay on for remainder of the journey or it might die again 3 seconds later.

The Mechanic i brought it to said this is a common problem and wants to replace he whole dash, i'm a bit wary of this.

Has anyone else come across this?
