Dsp Settings Not Holding

I have just bought my first focus ST 2012 and the DSP settings and fader and balance also revert to the middle. all other radio stations seem to hold just the audio. anyone have any ideas?

    If it is happening in the same source (as the settings are independent for FM, CD ...) it may need a software update (at the dealer).

    only listened to DAB and FM and both have reverted back to standard. car is still under warranty from the garage I bought from so may see if this is covered. cheers
