    1). Fully Synthetic 5W/30

    2). Any brand that meets Ford Specs WSS-M2C913-B, at the very least, such as Shell Helix, Ford Formula F, Castrol Magnatec, Comma - XTC5L, Unipart Pros1600

    Try Halfords.Their oil is cheap at the specification you require for your car and they have a buy one get one half price at the moment on 5 litres.
