Can I Put A Mondoe Stereo Into My Focus Mk2?

Featured Replies

i have a lx focus mk2 and i went to put the aux lead in and !Removed! hell - its the wrong model with the cd button not the aux. So i want to put in a different stereo to enable aux and want to put in the mondeo stereo in its place - does anyone know if it will work?

cheers in advance for any help - if it won't work - what options to keep to a factory ford stereo do i have to enable the aux/mp3 player???

The Mondeo radio does not physically fit a Focus.

The face plates are a different shape and also the Mondeo radio is deeper.

ah perfect - thank you so much for that info, appreciated

You could always go the whole hog and upgrade to the Ford Sony radio.

Bit pricier but the sound is so much better and most take a mp3 disc too.
