    Welcome to the site Gary! Easiest thing to do is let a garage get it up on the ramps to diagnose it and quote you for the works. You dont have to accept the quote but at least then you will know what it is. Its just a guessing game for people on here which could prove expensive for you if you start taking advice and replacing random parts. It could be anything from the exhaust knocking, rear bushes, knackered shock, snapped spring, spare wheel not bolted down etc etc.
