Hi, i am currently needing info for my ford mondeo 1.8 duratec 2002. I have searched and searched the internet and cannot find the head bolt torque settings or the timing chain settings. any help would be much appreciated, as stuck well and truly!!

ok as promised:-

headbolts must be renewed.

8 - 4 - 1 - 5 - 9 (flywheel end)

7 - 3 - 2 - 6 - 10

stage 1: 5Nm

stage 2: 15Nm

stage 3: 45Nm

stage 4: 90 degrees

stage 5: 90 degrees

i have the timing chain data but its in the form of a diagram so you will need to pm me your email address if you want it.
