Quick Question About Focus Headlight Switch

As long as it is intended for a left hand drive vehicle then you are good to go.

if you don't have automatic headlights then the auto selection position will just be a redundant one.

i wish the focus light unit had seperate buttons for the fogs though , not being able to switch rears on independently is a bit pants in this day and age.

Rear fogs are the priority ones to use anyway.

If visibility is bad enough to use front fogs then the rear ones should be on anyway.

Not implying you use your front fogs when it's not foggy are you ;) ?

you got it the wrong way round , with the focus switch configuration you cant have just the rear fogs on without the front fogs on at the same time.

so put your ticket book away officer........

You are of course right, I haven't driven a MK2 for so long now I forgot.

There are however a lot of cars around that are arranged so that you have to switch rear fogs on first before the front ones can operate.

The mk3 can turn either on individually. However i rarely get the chance to use them...i must have a magic windscreen as i normally dont see fog but others seem to :/
