Focus St3 Mk3.5 Reverse Camera

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I'm a newbie and this is my 1st post.

I'll try not to be a dipstick

I have recently been lucky to own a nearly new 2015 ST3 which has lots of equipment as standard

including the 8 inch sync 2 screen.

My car did not have the optional reversing camera fitted.

I was wondering if anybody knows if all the wiring would be in place from the factory and if all

that was needed was to fit a camera to the back and connect it to the loom?

I don't really fancy pulling all the interior apart and running cables to the front.

Hi welcome :)

You might not know if the loom is present without looking for it.

If it is and you fit the camera, it will still need turning on in the central config of the cars software.
