Umbrella Holder Help...

Featured Replies

Afternoon All,

I am looking to fit a holder in my boot for my ninja samurai umbrella thing... (Long Style)

Now as I have a company car I doubt I am allowed to deface it as much as if it was my own car...

I was trying to find some form of velcro idea but I am finding it hard to get something suitable...

I guess I need 2 hooks, maybe attached to the back of the rear seats that I can just drop the umbrella into to save any fastening in every time as if I am putting it back it's probably !Removed! it down...

How do people secure their brolly... Yep first world problems here!

Any ideas/help would be great

Cheers

All I do with my long brolly is to lay it flat along the boot at the lip end, Your brolly sounds more of a weapon!

I normally have it against the back seats in the boot but my boot is nice and empty and it normally ends up flying about the place after a long journey...

Yeah it's a good one...

This could be a good project - The worlds first Focus with Rolls Royce Phantom style doors that the umbrella slides in to.

My brolly stays put - probably something to do with the way I accelerate and brake!!!!

Lol you seen the thickness of those doors you wouldn't get a lolly stick in the ford ones

strange i had had one for 4 years in the boot, never remember to get it out...!

Exactly the same as me but when I go to get it I want it to be there so just wanted it to be neat and tidy...

Being a bit officious here (sorry) but I would be inclined to put the umbrella somewhere out of sight as it could be misconstrued by someone spotting it.
