I have a strange problem with my 2005 tdci the rev counter has started to go backwards,

at first it only happened for a short time but now its all the time ,there is no other problem in fact I drove the car to the South of France with it going backwards

    try disconnecting battery to reset if this doent work then chip in has gone had this prob before had to buy complete speedo unit and rev
